Long life of knives, high speed of machines, clean and precise cutting edges constitute an integral whole with efficient and modern production of hygienic, toilet, kitchen paper, paper towels and other types of paper products.

The leading product of Dienes in this area are knives, the so-called Log Saw Blades, which we offer, depending on the application, from various steel grades in the Super Cut and Standard Cut versions with a diameter of up to 1200 mm, for all existing types of machines, including Fabio Perini, PCMC, Futura, CMG (Gambini), MTC and others. We also offer a wide range of high quality CBN grinding wheels adapted to work with our knives with increased hardness. In addition to standard sizes, we are also able to offer knives corresponding to your individual requirements.

We also recommend knives with special coatings, thanks to which the coefficient of friction is reduced, the operating temperature is lowered, and the knife durability is extended, which positively influences the optimization of the production process.

Our offer is supplemented by cutting tools (circular and straight knives, cutting tapes) used in the production of handkerchiefs, napkins, towels, used in typical machines, e.g. TMC Casmatic, Amotek, Optima, Senning, W + D, Hobema, Bretting and others.
