CIRCULAR KNIVES

Our circular knives for paper include top knives, dished knives and bottom knives, such as grooving knives and multiple knife blocks. A particularly innovative top knife is our Golden Slit narrow cut knife. With this patented, self-cushioning knife, the slots and recesses in the knife head have a spring effect which compensates for vibrations which are critical for the cutting process and thus guarantees a long knife service life.

STRAIGHT KNIVES

Our straight knife range includes various paper cutting knives and the corresponding plastic cutting sticks. Matched to your requirements, these protect the knife edges and optimise service life.

KNIFE HOLDERS

DIENES shear cut knife holders are ideally suited for processing paper. In this case, a cutting speed of up to 3,000 m/min. is possible.

SLITTING SYSTEMS

We also develop matching slitting systems for our customers in the paper manufacturing and paper processing industry. We have developed our Twin-Cut system for cutting multi-layered paper up to a total grammage of approx. 1,000 g/m². With this cutting method, two top knives are combined in order to reliably guarantee precise cutting.
